We warrant to the customer that the acrylic surface of our products will not materially yellow, crack, peel, bubble, or fade under normal use so long as original consumer purchaser follows the care and maintenance guidelines set forth by the manufacturer. The warranty covers solely the materials and products sold by the manufacturer so long as these products are installed by Luxury Bath-certified contractors with the installation materials provided by manufacturer. It will be void if any other materials are used for installation.
This warranty is in effect for the period of the customer’s home ownership.
Any claim under this warranty must be backed by customer’s proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original customer.
If the event of a warranty claim, our manufacturer reserves the right to partially repair, completely replace, or provide a full or partial refund of whatever the manufacturer deems appropriate.
